Focus Battery is a wellness and productivity application that provides:
- focus capacity estimation,
- personalized insights,
- sleep-based analytics,
- recommendations for better focus and daily structure,
- optional premium features through a subscription.
The App does not provide medical or psychological advice.
2. Health Disclaimer
The App offers general wellness insights based on your sleep and screen time patterns.
It is not:
- a medical device,
- a diagnostic tool,
- a substitute for professional healthcare.
Always consult a qualified health professional for any medical concerns.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
3.1. Subscription Options
The App offers optional paid subscriptions such as:
- Focus Battery Pro – Monthly
- Focus Battery Pro – Annual (with optional introductory free trial)
Additional plans may be added in the future.
3.2. Payment Processing
All payments are handled through the Apple App Store.
We do not collect or store your payment information.
3.3. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless:
- you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
3.4. Managing Subscriptions
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time via:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
3.5. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
- unused portions may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription,
- trial converts automatically into a paid plan unless cancelled.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App,
- use the App in unlawful ways,
- misuse any data or insights provided by the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (design, text, graphics, algorithms, and functionality) is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect or incidental damages,
- data loss,
- inaccuracies caused by third-party data sources (HealthKit, Screen Time),
- any decisions you make based on the App's insights.
You use the App at your own risk.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
